1. General
Jaya Press (Owner: Suraj Kumar Puri) provides printing services. By using the Website and Services, Customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Ordering and Pricing
The order will only be confirmed when payment is successfully received.
Prices may be updated — prices will be considered final upon order confirmation.
3. Customer Responsibility
The quality and copyright of the designs sent by the customer will be the responsibility of the customer.
If the design contains any copyrighted content, it will be the responsibility of the customer to use it and Jaya Press will not be liable for any legal claim.

4. Liability
Jaya Press will generally not be liable for damages resulting from customer errors, misstatements, or incorrect file submissions. Our liability is limited and the maximum refund amount will be limited at our discretion.

5. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India and in case of any dispute the jurisdiction of Kishanganj, Bihar shall be subject to the said laws.
